**Job Overview**:
The Coordination Spec applies their conceptual knowledge of Coordination and with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward Coordination problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures, as well as building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The Coordination Spec understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations through analysis of possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement Advance Work Packaging (AWP) strategies and plans for large-scale construction projects.
- Assist in Developing the AWP Procedure for the projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives and scope related to AWP.
- Establish and manage the Path of Construction (PoC) to guide work packaging efforts.
- Facilitate the creation of Construction Work Areas (CWAs), Construction Work Packages (CWPs), Engineering Work Packages (EWPs), Procurement Work Packages (PWPs), and Installation Work Packages (IWPs).
- Support the development of detailed construction schedules that align with AWP methodologies.
- Develop an AWP Dashboard that displays Engineering, Procurement, and Construction status based on AWP norms.
- Integrate work packages into the project schedule to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
- Conduct AWP 1 WLA (1 Week Look Ahead) ,1 MLA, & 3 MLA (3 Month Look ahead) sessions.
- Manage communication and coordination between various project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers involved in the AWP process.
- Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders, highlighting AWP achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
**Essential Qualifications and Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Three-five (3-5) years of experience in construction with an emphasis on Construction.
- Strong knowledge of AWP principles, methodologies, and software tools.
- Experience with Power BI & 3D model visualization tools is preferred.
- Moderate knowledge of MDR construction planning procedures, progress systems, material management systems, document management, and timekeeping systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Respected for uncompromising integrity, work ethic, and professionalism.
- Energetic with a positive and enthusiastic disposition, possessing a can-do attitude.
- Project-focused, values-oriented, and results-driven.Capable of performing assigned work with little oversight and instructions; completing assigned work on time in a satisfactory manner; job involves field assignment for an extended duration, outside field environment, frequent walking & climbing, traveling, no lift over 40lbs. required.
