**Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning & Analysis**: Lead the development and management of financial models to accurately forecast company performance, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic objectives.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Take charge of the annual budgeting process, preparing detailed and realistic financial forecasts, and adjusting these forecasts in response to evolving business performance.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports) in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and relevant financial regulations.
- **Cost Management**: Continuously monitor and analyze operational costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and promoting efficient resource utilization.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Oversee cash flow operations to maintain adequate liquidity for daily operations and to ensure sustainable long-term growth.
- **Financial Strategy**: Provide strategic financial insights and advice to senior management, supporting business expansion opportunities and highlighting potential financial risks.
- **Risk Management**: Evaluate financial risks and proactively recommend strategies to mitigate them, protecting the organization’s financial health.
- **Compliance & Audit**: Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance during financial audits.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, ensuring effective task delegation, performance management, and professional growth.
- **Internal Controls**: Implement and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure the integrity of financial data, and support accurate financial reporting.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required. An MBA or additional certifications is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role leading teams.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle), and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
- Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
