Qualification: Minimum 3 years of diploma in Civil engineering and 5 years of experience
- Conducts routine inspection of the all kind of buildings,roads and reservoirs,sport facilities and utilities services such as irrigation networks, portable water networks,sewage drainage networks, surface water drainage network etc. and preparation of snags report to send to the maintenance contractor.
- Schedule and supervising the daily civil maintance activities such as painting, carpentry work, masonry and concreting work, plumbing work, aluminiumn work etc and ensure the procedures and materials comply with maintenance and project specifications, contract documents and/or work instructions.
- Develop and preventive maintanace schedule for building and facilities related maintenance and present the plan to the head of civil and project section and other heads of sections in the technical services for comments and constrains.
- Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints
- Supervise and ensure the implementation of approved preventive maintenace plan
- Monitor the performance of the technicians and helpers and report back to the project engineer.
- Monitor the performance of other maintenace and operation contractors, take corrective action where approproiate
- Inspect the work to be done upon the receipt of request for work through the oracfle work request, the letters or verbally by the various depertment of the university and report to the oracle planner in order for him to issue the oracle work orders
- Maintain detailed project files and ensure that an updated copy of the document such “as built” drawings are submitted to the archieves and mail unit at an appropriate stage during the project or on its completion
- Keep records of all maintance tasks received through representative engineers,complaints and preventive maintenance task and the assigned technician to those tasks
- Prepare reports on maintenance work detailing the progress, backlog, service levels,adverse trends and appropriate recommendation and discuss these with the head of civil and projects section.
- Ensure that all the relevant facilities master data and related maintenance related informations is updated in management system in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure that security and safety guidelines are followed and assist the head of security and safety in preparing reports for any security and /or safety incidents
- Maintain confidentiality of information at all times
- Perform other job duties as necessary and as directed by operations & maintance engineers of company

**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
