**Job Description: Freelance Employee Training, CSR Activities, and Employee Grievance Specialist**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Training**:

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and professional development.
- Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and consultation with management to develop tailored training modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend areas of improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and in-person sessions as required.
- **Employee CSR Activities**:

- Develop and implement employee-driven CSR initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and values.
- Coordinate events and programs that encourage community involvement and social responsibility among employees.
- Promote awareness of CSR activities through internal communication and engagement strategies.
- Provide progress reports on the impact and success of CSR initiatives.
- **Employee Grievances**:

- Act as a point of contact for employees to express concerns or grievances in a confidential manner.
- Mediate and resolve employee disputes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of grievances and actions taken to resolve issues.
- Provide recommendations to management for improving workplace policies and practices to prevent recurring grievances.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in employee training, CSR coordination, or HR-related roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and workplace dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

**Other Requirements**:

- Flexible schedule to accommodate project needs.
- Availability for in-person or virtual meetings as required.
- A passion for employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
