MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Location: RLIC, Qatar

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Food, Accommodation & Transportation: Provided

Work Schedule: 10 Hours / Day | 6 Days / Week

Visa: Free Visa with Valid QID

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, fans, coolers, heat exchangers, vessels, tanks, HVAC, firefighting, and lifting equipment.
- Lead and coordinate mechanical teams (foreman, technicians, millwrights, helpers) ensuring work completion on schedule.
- Review and interpret P&ID, GA, and mechanical drawings.
- Perform inspections, site readiness, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Report daily progress to Mechanical/Lead Engineers and highlight site issues.
- Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment.
- Experience in preparing procedures and method statements for mechanical systems is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years total experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Power Plant projects
- At least 8 years as a Mechanical Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, alignment, and commissioning
- Excellent communication skills in English
- LNG project experience preferred
