**Job Description**:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

- Processing of purchase orders to approve external suppliers
- Liaison with approved suppliers, as and when necessary, using the most appropriate means, to check product specifications, stock availability, delivery times etc.
- Filing of paper documentation.
- Maintenance of the supplier catalogue library.
- Preparing mail out as and when required.
- Working closely with asst. purchasing manager/purchasing manager to ensure that purchasing system is effective and all supplies, equipment, and relevant services are purchased while maintaining high quality standards and cost effectiveness

**Qualifications**:
With 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field

With good English communication skills

With good technical skills

With good knowledge in MS Office

With pleasing personality

Ability to handle pressure at work

Ability to multi-task
