**Position**: Psychology Instructor

**Location**: Doha, Qatar

Are you an expert in psychology with a passion for teaching and shaping the minds of future mental health professionals? As a Psychology Instructor at the Global Studies Institute, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and insightful courses to psychology students, ensuring they receive a well-rounded education to prepare them for their careers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality psychology courses in line with the curriculum.
- Create and maintain a dynamic and interactive classroom environment that fosters learning and student engagement.
- Conduct lectures, seminars, and discussions to facilitate understanding of key psychological theories and practices.
- Develop and implement assessments, exams, and assignments to evaluate student knowledge and progress.
- Provide personalized feedback and academic support to students to help them excel in their studies.
- Stay current with research and trends in psychology to bring the latest knowledge into the classroom.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, research projects, and career paths.
- Collaborate with faculty members to continuously improve the psychology curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and institutional initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **MUST HAVE PhD in Psychology or a closely related field.**:

- Proven experience in teaching psychology at the university level.
- Must currently reside in Qatar and hold a valid Qatari ID.

- Deep knowledge of psychology topics and ability to present complex ideas in a clear and accessible way.
- Exceptional teaching and instructional skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Analytical and organizational skills to design comprehensive lesson plans and assessments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with psychological research and educational methods.

Pay: From QAR100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
