**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of proven track record of success in a leadership role within the investment sector, preferably in early-stage investments.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful investment strategies.
- Strong understanding of global markets, emerging trends, and opportunities in early-stage projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- CPA is preferred.
