We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee our operations during night shifts. As a Night Shift Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility and maintaining a safe environment for our employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations during night shifts, including maintenance, security, and emergency response.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security breaches, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the day shift Facility Manager and other departments to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities and information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facility-related activities, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and inventory management.
- Manage and supervise a team of night shift employees, including security personnel, maintenance staff, and cleaning crew, ensuring their adherence to policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Facility Manager or a similar role, preferably with experience managing night shift operations.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, including maintenance, security, and emergency response.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
