This role is responsible in building positive and professional relationships with new and existing clients, internal and external stakeholders of the Academy, business contacts and concerned affiliates. Also required to work closely with Management in ensuring development of business strategies to sustain clients, determine new ideas/ plans to grow and enhance both onsite online operations.
- **Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or institute (from Customer Service Roles like hospitality, commerce or any equivalent field.**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (customer facing or client servicing roles preferred.) and with a given track record shown on the same.
- **Excellent communication in English (oral and written) and should possess a pleasing personality.**:

- Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment.
- **Addressing and solving client problems quickly and effectively by coordinating with counsellors or instructors in charge.**:

- Gather feedback during these interactions, documents for reference and present reports based on this.
- **Tailoring interactions to meet the specific needs and preferences of each customer to continuously improving the quality of service to exceed customer expectations. ** Optional certifications in popular customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- **Develop customer service programs that would increase the Academy’s business and targets**
