Job Summary:
The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all production activities within the resin factory. This role involves managing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and meeting production schedules. The Production Manager will lead a team, ensuring a safe working environment while maximizing productivity and minimizing waste.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory levels. Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor production staff to maintain high standards of work performance. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the production processes adhere to quality standards and protocols. Implement quality control measures and address quality issues proactively.
- Process Improvement: Analyze production processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies for increased efficiency and reduced costs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe workplace.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor production metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and areas for improvement.
- Maintenance Oversight: Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure equipment is operational and well-maintained. Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a chemical or resin manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
