Head of Leasing

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in leasing management within the property management or real estate industry and last 5 years of local work experience.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluency in Arabic and English
- **Preferred Arabic Nationality**:

- **Strong knowledge of local rental market trends**, regulations, and fair housing laws.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to effectively interact with potential tenants and address their needs.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of leasing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- **Market Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of local and regional property markets, rental trends, and a track record of successfully adapting leasing strategies to changing market conditions.
- **Communication Mastery**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling leasing proposals and presentations.
- **Technological Acumen**: Proficiency in property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with emerging property technology is a plus.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong analytical skills for assessing leasing metrics, financial reports, and market data to inform strategic decisions.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to respond effectively to evolving industry trends, client expectations, and operational dynamics.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing lease agreements, legal documentation, and property specifications.

**Salary**: QAR15,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
