Administration Secretary

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day to day support of HR and administrative functions
Basic HR and admin duties such as - prepare monthly payroll, filling, update records.
Supporting employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication between HR and various teams.
Preparing HR documents like contracts, policies, and handbooks.
Updating and maintaining accurate employee records - annual leave, medical leave, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to interact and communicate with all level of staff
Must be strong and able to work independently
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
