Executive Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the General Manager’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executive leadership.
- Monitor project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure completion of delegated tasks.
- Serve as the liaison between the General Manager and internal teams, providing administrative continuity.
- Organize and maintain records, documentation, and filing systems with accuracy and discretion.
- Handle incoming communications with professionalism, prioritizing and escalating matters as needed.
- Support high-level event coordination and engagement with VIP guests or partners.
- Anticipate operational needs and deliver proactive administrative solutions.
**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in an executive assistant or personal assistant role within the **luxury hospitality industry** (**required**).
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional conduct, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with executive-level protocols and expectations in luxury environments.
