**Overview of the role**

To maintain and implement the visual display in the stores ensuring VM guidelines issued by the principal are implemented effectively for promotional / seasonal displays and features.

**What you will do**
- To maintain the store display standards and ensure adherence to the Company and brand display standards.
- Arranges merchandise, signage, mannequins, fixtures / furniture and backdrops according to the prearranged plan which is in line with company and brand standards.
- Custodian of local VM assets & its inventory.
- Remain aware of all in store development e.g.: new ranges, promotions, top sellers within each dept. to ensure adequate merchandising and support.
- Responsible for the implementation of the promotions & campaigns in the stores & flexible working overtimes & overnight if required.
- Liaise with the Signage suppliers and in store promotional graphics in coordination with the store managers.
- Lead VM with regards to display & execution of new store openings, kiosks & the similar.

**Required skills to be successful**

Job-Specific Skills:
Advanced knowledge of power point & excel, Photoshop & Illustrator knowledge is a plus.

**What equips you for the role**

University Degree in Interior Design, Merchandising or Fine Arts graduate is preferred but not a necessity.

High School graduate with 2 years minimum of Retail / VM experience is accepted.
