We are seeking an experienced **Head Baker** to lead our bakery operations. You will oversee production, manage the baking team, maintain quality standards, and develop new recipes that align with our brand’s creativity and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the bakery team, including training
- Oversee daily production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Develop new recipes and seasonal items in collaboration with the culinary team
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all bakery products
- Monitor inventory, order ingredients, and manage stock control
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the bakery
- Optimize workflow and production efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Baker, Bakery Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of bread and pastry production techniques
- Creativity and passion for developing new bakery items
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
