- Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate and draft real estate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Stay informed about local and national real estate markets to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
- Stay current on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Real Estate Agent: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving license (preferred)
