Hiring for Senior Human Resource Officer

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage HRMS system and implement modifications as per the requirement.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and should be updated about all labor laws.
- Responsible for payroll management and to provide final payroll data to finance.
- Manage monthly incentives and plan for yearly incentive with relevant managers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in HR position for minimum 5 years.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Good knowledge of MS. Office
