**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered General Nurse
- Valid Nursing license from the country of origin

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
- Provide education to staff based on theoretical and clinical expertise.
- Serve as a clinical resource and maintain continuity of patient care during duty hours.
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and reassessing patient needs and responses to care, treatment, and education.
- Utilize critical thinking skills when making clinical judgments, managing conflicts, and solving patient care issues.
- Actively communicate patient care needs and updates to all disciplines involved in patient care.
- Comply with the company’s policies, procedures, and standards.
- Enhance own professional growth by meeting mandatory educational requirements.
- Adapt positively to changes in practice and delivery of patient care.
- Maintain and promote customer satisfaction through effective customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to patient, employee, and company information.
- Administer medications and therapies in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
- Document patient care provided in accordance with nursing standards.
- Adhere to infection control and environmental care standards and practices.
- Attend to emergency/crisis situations effectively.
- Promote the development of clinical skills for nurse orienteers and nurse trainees.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Act as a clinical resource in assessing complex patient care needs and determining appropriate interventions.
- Anticipate, recognize, and manage emergent and unsafe situations/practices, initiating appropriate interventions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of legal aspects of patient care and nursing practice.
- Ensure that patients/family/significant others are provided with adequate and appropriate information and reassurance prior to any medical and nursing intervention.
- Conduct oneself in a manner that gives credit to the nursing profession and presents a positive public image of the institution.
