**Job Details**
**What you will do**
The Sales Engineer will be directly reporting to General Manager - Parts division. You will be part of a team who are responsible for selling Fire & Security spare parts to end users in Qatar for current or new installation base and will be responsible for driving the growth of business for Aftermarket division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Fire & Security spare parts.

You will be concentrating on generation business by selling the Fire & Security spare parts to our current installation base business in the assigned territory. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from running Fire & Security installation base

**How you will do it**
As a Sales Engineer you will chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high quality proposals, and also take part in tendering and bidding process. You’ll demonstrate your expertise and knowledge of the Fire and Security sector by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your deep market knowledge of our competitor’s strategies, products and services. As a Sales Professional you have a complexity knowledge of Fire & security market and products and using the same you will carry out site surveys and understand our client’s requirements and suggest the product/solution accordingly.

You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.

**What we look for**
**Required**
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of sales experience focused on Spare Parts sales for Fire Detection, Fire Suppression or Security systems in Qatar Market

Proficiency in generating business through selling spare parts to end users like MEP Contractors, Developers or Facilities Management companies or End users

Ability to design technical solutions, select equipment and advise customers on solutions

Sound business and technical knowledge.

High-energy personality with go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry

Determined, results driven, strong sales drive

Fluent language skills in English & Arabic

Qatar Driving License
