**Purpose of the Role**
- Expand Fatora’s reach and revenue by identifying new markets and clients
- Strengthen relationships with existing merchants for satisfaction and growth
- Analyze market opportunities, conduct competitor research, and manage sales presentations and negotiations
- Support clients and resolve any service issues efficiently

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day business development operations for Fatora's fintech products
- Manage and handle assigned clients effectively
- Maintain and update customer records and communications using CRM and lead management tools
- Submit weekly reports to the Operations Manager, detailing client updates and progress
- Periodically re-engage with users to encourage account upgrades and increased usage
- Respond to incoming messages and sales calls from potential customers as directed by the lead generation process
- Convince and convert potential leads into paying customers
- Schedule meetings and product demos with prospective clients
- Promote cross-selling opportunities for Fatora products by offering discounts or bundles on additional services
- Prepare daily reports detailing the number of users contacted, outcomes, and sales achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams for smooth implementation and onboarding
- Contribute to strategic planning through SWOT analysis and sales performance insights
- Launch and manage sales and promotional campaigns
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
