We are looking for a Instrument Fire and Gas Maintenance Specialist for one of our projects in Libya, Mellitah Complex. **ACTIVITIES**: - To be able to perform routine functional tests, routine systems configuration, instrument testing and calibrations, maintenance activities related to Fire & Gas - Provide technical support to ensure the smooth and safe operations of the production and utilities plants implementation and functional tests for the Flame detector, Gas detector, heat detector, Smoke detector. - Co-ordinate with other Maintenance disciplines, HSE and production staff, to ensure that all Technical Operational and Safety Requirements are met; - Preventive and scheduled maintenance and instrumentation turn around maintenance planning. - Execution of diagnostic and Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance. - Providing Preventive and corrective maintenance, trouble-shooting fault finding, repair, calibration and testing on electronic & pneumatic instruments including systems such as ESD systems and field instrumentation including smart transmitters, switches of all kind, positioners, signal convertors, protection barriers transducers & smart control valves etc. - Good level of English technical language and technical report writing. **HSE**: - Knowledge and Observance of Company HSE policy, rules and procedures. - Participation to HSE activities and global improvement (e.g. referential, reporting, REX, audits, trainings. anomaly). **QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** - It is required to have around 5 years’ experience in the field of instrumentation in the Oil & Gas Industries or power plants, to have a more specific experience in the maintenance of F&G. - University degree or Ordinary/higher national Diploma in, Electronics or, instrumentations. **Job location / Rotation**: - The field is located about 540 KM southwest of Tripoli and about 160 KM south of the city of Ghadames in the NC169A concession, along the Libyan - Algerian border. - Rotation => 28 Days ON / 28 Days OFF **Languages: English
