The **Facility & Program Admin** at Fitness Factory plays a crucial role in providing administrative support, exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. They are responsible for various tasks, including administration, customer service, marketing, social media management, financial reporting, and implementing company policies.
The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude towards working with both customers and colleagues.
The role is expected to;
- Record and maintain data related to service.
- Assist in the organisation of events and short courses.
- Responsible for carrying out any necessary financial duties according to the Financial Procedures i.e. use of the till, handling money, cashing up, invoicing
- Maintain the booking systems and act as an information source on all aspects of the service.
- Answering questions from customers, and prospective customers, referring customers to contact points from which they can obtain further information.
- Strict adherence to grooming and hygiene standards
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Sports Administrator or his/her nominee.

1. Customer Service, Sales and Administration
2. With personal commitment to sustaining professional working practices in the workplace at all times including excellent timekeeping and punctuality skills

4. Ability to work as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR2,900.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Financial Reporting: 2 years (required)
