As our Spa Supervisor, you will lead by example in delivering serene and personalized spa experiences. With a passion for wellness and a strong sense of leadership, you will support the daily operations of the spa while ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and team performance.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a smooth, luxurious, and guest-focused experience
- Supervise and motivate spa team members, ensuring high performance and excellent service standards
- Manage treatment bookings, scheduling, and guest flow with efficiency and attention to detail
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to hygiene protocols in all spa areas
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Monitor inventory, product usage, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
- Support the Spa Manager in training, reporting, and team development
- Promote spa services and packages to maximize revenue and guest engagement

**Qualifications** Your Experience and Skills Include**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of various spa treatments and wellness trends
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional appearance, calm demeanor, and guest-centric attitude
- Proficiency in spa software systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
