**Job Purpose**

**Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge**
- Bachelors in Food Science / Bachelors in related food science (Must).
- Minimum 2 years food retail / FMCG experience.
- Level 3 Food Trade Person In Charge Training (Must).
- Basic Food Hygiene Training (Must).
- If graduate: Fresher from the university / with minimum 6 months experience in food Safety / quality field.
- Good computer knowledge including MS Office.
- Arabic typing skill (Desired).

**KEY DIMENSIONS**
- To ensure product label assessments & barcode registrations through the Qatar Ministry of Public Health’s online portal to ensure compliance.
- Maintains registration masters on a daily basis.
- Maintains artworks and pictures database adequately.
- Shares a regular status report to the immediate line manager and to the business.
- Maintains documentation pertaining to the portfolio.
- Makes online payments whenever required to assist Food Safety Officer.
- To make Food safety walks in the warehouse whenever required
- To publish regular QHSE bulletin to Supply Chain & Procurement Team for releasing/holding received import items and to ensure documentation related to the portfolio.
- To do pet food registration & non-food registration with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health’s online portal once activated.
- Supports Food Safety Officer with Vendor Quality Assurance documentation (VQA) whenever required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
