Madari Travel and Tourism is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. **Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional service to clients by helping them plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
- Tailor travel packages and experiences based on clients' needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop and promote exclusive travel packages, including both standard and luxury options, based on popular trends and destinations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of our travel destinations.
- Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and itinerary planning.
- Ensure all bookings, payments, and documentation are accurately processed.
- Resolve any issues that arise during travel arrangements, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets by promoting and selling company services.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of destinations, travel regulations, and industry trends.
- Expertise in developing and customizing travel packages for various client needs, from budget to luxury experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with travel booking systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Additional language skills.
- Familiarity with local and international tourism policies.
- Experience with social media platforms and travel marketing is a plus.
