**Job Title**: Delivery Boy

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of food and other items to customers, maintaining a high standard of customer service and adhering to company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely deliver orders to customers within the assigned time frame.
- Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collect payments when required and hand over to the accounts team as per company policy.
- Maintain a clean and well-kept delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Assist in loading and unloading items for delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries in a professional manner.
- Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Support other operational tasks as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Qatar BIKE** **Driving License** (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a delivery driver (preferably in F&B or logistics).
- Familiarity with Qatar roads and traffic rules.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
- Presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
