Egis’ long history of providing comprehensive engineering, consulting, and project management services makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers. **About the Role** Will also be responsible for workers’ welfare. - Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE management systems and policies aligned with local and international standards - Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement - Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions - Ensure compliance with Qatar's labor laws, local HSE regulations, and international standards - Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees at all levels - Manage and mentor the HSE team, fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization - Prepare and present detailed HSE performance reports to senior management - Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for HSE metrics - Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in HSE management - Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company in HSE-related matters - Travel to various work sites as needed to ensure consistent implementation of HSE practices **What do we need from you** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in industrial or construction settings - ** Experience working in Road/Highway Operation and Maintenance Contracts**: - ** Experience working in O & M Performance-Based Contracts**: - ** Exprience working outside MENA region**: - In-depth knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment techniques, and incident investigation methodologies
