**JOB DESCRIPTION - Content Creator**

Business Unit: Marketing & Communications

Reports to: Marketing Director

**1. JOB SUMMARY / JOB SCOPE**:
**Responsible for**:

- Supporting content strategy aligned with marketing objectives such as brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading clear and compelling copy tailored to specific audiences.
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather input and ensure message consistency across channels.
- Producing and editing multimedia content including videos, infographics, and visual creatives when required.
- Managing content calendars to ensure timely and consistent publishing.
- Ensuring content is SEO-optimized and adheres to brand guidelines.

**2. MAJOR FUNCTIONS PERFORMED / PERFORMANCE STANDARDS**:

- Develop content tailored to different platforms and formats (short/long-form, visual, video, etc.).
- Conduct topic and audience research to guide content creation.
- Coordinate with designers and other stakeholders for multimedia or campaign-based content.
- Maintain accuracy and high editorial standards across all published content.
- Stay updated with industry and platform trends to drive innovation and relevance.
- Implement content-related SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Support internal communication efforts when needed.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
- Growth in engagement metrics across content platforms (views, clicks, shares, etc.)
- On-schedule delivery of content according to editorial calendar
- SEO improvements and keyword rankings for published content
- Content consistency and adherence to branding guidelines
- Internal feedback and satisfaction on content relevance and quality

**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Minimum Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

**Minimum Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing
- Demonstrated portfolio of work (written, visual, or video content)

**Competencies**: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Personal Traits
- Language: Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- Creativity: Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities
- Digital Skills: Proficient with CMS platforms, design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and video editing basics
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO content strategy and use of tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Social Media Awareness: Knowledge of trends and best practices on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
