**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures within residential, commercial, and industrial facilities to ensure smooth operation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in buildings.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or corrosion.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on all plumbing systems.
- Install and repair water heaters, pumps, and sanitary systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of water supply and drainage systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
- Maintain records of materials used, repairs made, and time spent on each job.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies while performing all tasks.
- Coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and other maintenance staff when required.
- Recommend improvements or replacements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Technical Diploma / ITI in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Plumber in facility management, maintenance, or construction.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, and sanitation.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene regulations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
