HR Timekeeper Filing Clerk

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for maintaining accurate employee time records, processing payroll data, and managing employee files. The incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Timekeeping**:
- Accurately track employee attendance and time worked, including overtime, short leave, leave and other time-off requests.
- Monitor and resolve timekeeping discrepancies and discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate time and attendance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data by gathering and verifying employee information.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of payroll.
- Assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees.
**File Management**:
- Maintain and update employee personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- File and retrieve employee documents as needed.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with other HR-related projects and tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of timekeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR - Timekeeping: 2 years (required)
