Key Responsibilities:

- Visiting Outlets - A sales executive has to schedule his outlet visit according to the order date of the hypermarket so he can make orders check availability of items and check the display of our item and check the stock if available. In warehouse of the hypermarket. The prime responsibility is to make sure all the delivered item in the hypermarket should be in display, not only display but also make sure display in prime shelf and eye level for the customers.

By visiting the outlets, he needs to build the relation with the Operation Team (like Section Supervisor, Section Manager etc.) and commercial team as well.
- Orders Follow-up - He should follow the order dates and should be aware about the warehouse stock in our company. He should make sure before the stock finish on the shelf. He should make order and deliver the goods.
- Collection of Payments - He should be aware about the payment’s terms of our company to the hypermarkets. He should be in contact with the accounts team for the payment due date and collection. If any changes in payment, he need to coordinate with the accounts of both the parties for reconciliation and make sure the exact value to be credited in Company Bank Account.
- Problem Solving Skills - He should possess problem solving skill which can be useful in solving the issues inside the hypermarket likewise damage goods, customer complaints regarding quality of goods, delay in home deliveries, delay in promotion items deliveries, building up a strong relation with Operation Team can be handful to solve this.
- Tracking Home Deliveries - He should maintain a record for home deliveries what are the items moving for home deliveries, check availability of stocks, coordinate with warehouse, customer, delivery team and hypermarket for not having any issues during the course. Make sure the customer receives goods in good condition and on the expected time.
- Coordinating with Warehouse - He should coordinate with the warehouse for the availability of order as per the LPO. He should be aware about the goods return, pending invoices and delivery notes of his lane and coordinate with storekeeper for timely submission.
- Coordinating with Delivery Team - He should coordinate with the delivery team routes and prioritize deliveries as per the request from the outlets. He makes sure the delivered items are in display if not instruct the team to display the goods to the assign area in the section.
- Market Research & Report - He should be aware about the competitor’s activity as a part of his job. He should look after the competitors’ goods and their price in the market and report to his superior for that. He should be aware about the new category goods in the market and the major competitors in the category. He should report and suggest the promotion to the superior as a part of market research.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in key account management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
