**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the engineering management or bidding work of one or more projects.

**Skills & Expertise**:

- Well-versed with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards, including IEC,IEEE, Saudi Aramco, SEC standard,. etc
- Ability to edit and guide the claim report to client and counterclaim report to subcontractors.
- Understanding of Electrical primary system, secondary system, protection system & review in totality along with the necessary resolution for all the clashes and inconsistencies found.
- Experience in Developing the SLDs & electrical calculation reports during the design stage.
- Experience to manage and prepare the Bill of quantity, providing input for the project schedule & resource requirements and support to the site team.
- Client experience includes major clients like Saudi Aramco, ACWA, Masdar, SEC, SWCC, DEWA, would be preferred.
- Have good experience and communication skills to liaise with fabrication parties, subcontractors, clients or the third party. Have coordination skills to organize and arrange engineering work and handle interface issues.
- Excellent skills in all aspects of business management including contract management, monitor management, risk identification, etc.
