Sales Executive- Ready Mix Concrete

Doha, Qatar GULF READY MIX Full time

Experience in the sales and marketing of Ready mixed concrete or building material products.
- Manage the client base through Excellent follow-up on leads for Existing and new clients.
- Working actively on the scheduled appointment with builders, architects, and contractors.
- Customer visits, meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Preparing a quotation, submitting it to customers, and following up
- Maintaining customer database records
- Ensure current client retention and repeat business from existing clients.
- Work with the collection team for the collection of payments and follow-up.
- Assist the plant Head / General Manager for deciding pricing strategy, new project finalization
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Convert potential clients by continuous follow up and gaining trust.
- Must understand & explain technicality of product.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance as required.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to improve upon if required.

**INDUSTRY**: RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) Plant OR Building Material Industry.

**Required Qualifications**:

- B.E. Civil /Diploma Civil or MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Executive/Business Development.
- RMC Sales background preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills and market research experience.

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Qatar Driving License (required)

Pay: QAR4,100.00 - QAR5,100.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
