**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and maintain transport-related documents such as trip logs, delivery notes, fuel records, and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and office supplies for the department.
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests related to transport services.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate daily transport schedules, driver assignments, and route planning.
- Communicate with clients, drivers, and workshop teams regarding transport requirements and service updates.
- Ensure timely communication of instructions, delays, or route changes.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain updated records of vehicle registration, insurance, and service schedules.
- Track fuel consumption, mileage, and repair costs for each vehicle.
- Prepare weekly and monthly transport activity reports for management review.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure that all vehicles and drivers comply with company safety policies and local transportation regulations.
- Monitor license and permit renewals for vehicles and drivers.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with driver recruitment, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluation support.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations) for administrative requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Transport Manager.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
