The position will include key responsibilities such as:

- Performing therapies (following internal accreditation) as required to the highest possible standard while adhering to the protocols prescribed in Botany Lab SOPs
- Providing recommendations for customers based on their requirements and appropriate Botany products
- Preparing for and organize therapy as per Botany Lab standards, both Facial and Nail Technician task.
- Ensuring that therapy areas are stocked with sufficient supplies per Botany standards
- Requesting and collecting the stock of supplies necessary for the therapy areas
- Providing prompt, courteous and accurate service to all customers at all times
- Ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of Botany Lab and therapy areas
- Ensuring that all equipment and products are well maintained and in safe conditions
- Handling all customer feedback and complaints in accordance with Botany Lab SOPs
- Having a complete understanding of Botany Lab SOPs and policies relating to staff behaviour, health, safety and fire prevention
- Reporting incidents, breakages and emergencies as per the relevant Botany Lab SOPs
- Reporting lost and found items as per the Botany Lab SOP
- Assisting team members and Botany Lab management with appropriate task as requested.

General

All Botany Lab team members are expected to:

- Attend and contribute to all team meetings and Lab training sessions
- Project a positive and motivated attitude at all times
- Maintain a professional working manner in interactions with team members, customers and suppliers
- Have a thorough knowledge of all Botany products, services and facilities
- Carry out any reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Personal
- Team members must arrive on time for their shift, and dressed according to the Botany Employee dress code guidelines.
- Team members are not permitted to smoke within 100m (or in sight line) of Botany Lab premises and must adhere to smoking regulations as listed in the Botany Employee SOP and Protocol, company policies and procedure.
- Team members may wear clear or neutral coloured nail polish and should remove jewellery in accordance with Botany Lab SOPs
- Hands and nails must be cleaned frequently

- Spa Therapist: 2 years (preferred)
