We are looking for an experienced and innovative **Senior Visual Merchandiser** to lead the visual strategy across our retail locations. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact visual merchandising initiatives that drive customer engagement, enhance brand identity, and support commercial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, store operations, and buying teams, and may supervise a team of junior visual merchandisers or freelancers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement advanced visual merchandising strategies that align with seasonal campaigns, brand objectives, and sales targets.
- Oversee the visual merchandising execution across multiple store locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in presentation.
- Lead window display concepts, in-store layouts, and product presentation for new launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with buying and planning teams to highlight key products and support inventory flow through effective visual storytelling.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior visual merchandisers and store teams.
- Analyze store performance metrics to evaluate the impact of visual merchandising and make data-informed decisions.
- Manage budgets and timelines for visual installations, including sourcing materials and managing vendors.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards, identify improvements, and provide on-the-ground coaching.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to keep visual strategies fresh and competitive.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in a multi-store retail environment.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, visual composition, and brand expression.
- Proficient in space planning, store layout software, and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Solid understanding of consumer psychology and retail trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours during installations or store openings.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, or related field.
- Experience in leading large-scale seasonal campaigns or new store openings.
- Background in luxury or high-end retail (if applicable).
