As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our **Cargo Customer Experience Team** in **Doha** as a **Salesforce Success Manager**.
The role includes:
- Accountable for ensuring user adoption, growth, satisfaction, and retention for multiple Salesforce Clouds.
- Leverage the Customer Success Methodology and partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, assess their capabilities and provide recommendation to help them accelerate achievements of business and technology objectives.
- You will provide guidance on organization strategy, governance and change management best practices based on business requirements and identify risks to achieving business goals and build a risk mitigation plan for successful phased implementation of the Salesforce platform through monthly/quarterly communication.
- Communicate technical product changes, degradations, outrages, end of life and other relevant updates to the user base for the Salesforce platform.
- Recommend any additional Salesforce services and advisory expertize needed to drive success when appropriate to the senior stakeholders for ensuring enhanced adoption rates of the Salesforce platform.
- Identify, develop, and deliver Salesforce training for internal and external employees to drive adoption and nurture use.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Relevant college or University qualification to minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 6 years of job related experience in Salesforce implementations and management
- Expertise in reports and analysis of complex customer and/or commercial data
- Experience in account/portfolio/client management
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Have strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
