**Company**

We are a leading Property Development Group in the UK that is intending to develop 2000+ apartments within the next 3-years for the Over 55’s market sector, as well as, acquiring several accountancy firms within the UK, and develop specific tech platforms to enhance all the lives within. Our entire sphere encompasses the Over 55 market sector.

**Business**

We intend to establish an investment arm in the Middle East. All investment funds for our projects will derive from this location. We envision opening 3 offices in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai, Qatar or Bahrain, Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, to promote investments in our Over 55’s semi-rural Integrated Wellness Villages or our Over 55’s City Wellness Residences in the UK.

**Human Resources**

We need one Chief Investment Officer in each location, then Investment Directors to assist each CIO along with any administrated personnel needed in each region.

**HR Prerequisite**

It is mandatory that each Chief Investment Officer (CIO) perform a “Live Test” prior to any offer being made. Meaning they must raise a set amount of funds (in the £millions) for a proposed project from their own resources and abilities before any offer of employment will be made.

**Requirements**:

- Degreein Human Resources
- An up-to-date expert in all local labour laws within each region.
- An exceptional business partner that knows exactly how to execute the company’s strategy while complying fully with all policies and legalities within the HR sector in each region.
- Must speak fluent English and Arabic, preferably a local as of the cultural dynamics.

**Abilities**

Apart from all the necessary requirements above that you must possess, to perform and excel in this position you must have the ability to decern, to perceive the truth. Then judge accordingly if this individual is the right fit for our group. Performance is paramount, but humility while performing exemplifies character. These are the type of individuals we seek.

**Prerequisite**

To be considered for this position it is mandatory that you perform a “Live Test”. This test will involve engaging the services of one Chief Investment Officer (CIO). For this CIO to qualify as a CIO they must perform the HR Prerequisite above, inclusive of being the type of character mentioned in Abilities.

**Promotion**

Once all 3 region offices are established and performing as expected, you will be offered the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Should you accept this offer, then you will receive an increase in salary, but more importantly a profit share of all the projects that each CIO raised investments funds for from the outset.
