**Job Description** This position is for a contract duration of 8 to 10 months.**
- Providing oversight and guidance for SHE/regulatory compliance/performance during the construction and installation phases.
- Championing on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractors and among the project team; supporting SHE&S Tool Box Meetings with the contractor’s team.
- Monitoring contractor activities for compliance with contractor-approved Project SHE procedures during the installation phase; liaising with the Company team, contractor, subcontractor, vendors, and suppliers as needed; developing strong working relationships with contractor and subcontractor SHE personnel.
- Liaising daily with contractor SHE officers to ensure the effective implementation of all Project SHE&S requirements; monitoring daily the contractor’s activities and performance and reporting to the Jackets SHE Lead the safety performance and the data related to the contractor's compliance with the Financial KPIS requirements; coordinating delivery of specific SHE&S related trainings as per the Competency Matrix and ensuring accurate records are maintained; monitoring contractor/subcontractor SHE staffing and experience levels and effectiveness.
- Reporting to Jacket SHE Lead in case of deficiency.
- Enhancing risk awareness and supporting/monitoring the Project Behaviour programs by ensuring at least 90% availability on-site at Project package locations; providing leadership and support to contractor and subcontractors SHE networks with particular emphasis on less empowered and experienced SHE officers.
- Reviewing with Project Package team and contractor, at contractor sites, the On Job Training sessions for the benefit of the workforce; implementing IIF Cards (or equivalent) and supporting contractor for deployment at the work site.
- Ensuring with contractor SHE team the correct implementation of the 10 Life Saving Rules Program (or equivalent) at contractor work site and intervening, recording, and reporting to Jackets SHE Lead when violations are observed; analyzing all unsafe behavior and condition data and proposing trend improvement actions.
- Performing daily inspections using “safety tools” (e.g., JSA’s Method statements, PTW, compliance checklists, Financial KPIS check sheets, Comply/Intervene/Care checklists); checking regularly the Actions Tracking Register and advising the Jackets SHE lead on actions closure progress.
- Daily PTW review to ensure all PTW’s and supporting documentation requirements are fully and properly implemented; participating in incident investigation and providing information to the Jackets Project Manager and leading any incident data analysis and trends identification.
- Any activity not immediately endangering personnel but not in line with contractor project procedures, not respecting the Country SHE Regulations, and not in line with International Standards, shall be immediately communicated to the contractor SHE officer or Construction supervisor for immediate corrective action.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors / Diploma in Health Safety
- NEBOSH IGC 1,2,3, OSHA, ISO 9001-2015, IOSH
