- **Mentoring and Industry Engagement**:

- **Mentorship**: Act as a mentor to new architects, helping them refine their design skills and expand their industry knowledge.
- **Networking**: Engage with industry professionals through networking and consultations.
- **Requirements**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, design, or a related field. An MA degree in architecture or design may be preferable.
- **Experience**: A strong portfolio and several years of work experience as an architect.
- **Skills**: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD software.
