HR Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientations, contract preparations, and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, leave management, and personnel files.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution while ensuring a fair and respectful workplace.
- Process payroll inputs, overtime, leave adjustments, and coordinate with the finance team for timely salary processing.
- Liaise with PRO and government entities for visa processing, renewals, and labor documentation.
- Oversee HR reporting, including manpower planning, turnover analysis, and headcount reports.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and employee training programs.
- Conduct site visits to manage HR support for field staff and ensure compliance with labor accommodations and worksite conditions.
- Assist with internal audits, ISO documentation, and HR policy implementation across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of proven HR experience** in Qatar, preferably in construction, trading, or contracting industries.
- **Valid Qatar Driving License** is **mandatory**.
- Excellent knowledge of **Qatar Labor Law** and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an advantage.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
