**Your day to day**
As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing accurate information about the hotel services, facilities, venues, functions and handling all guest inquiries. You will provide our guests warm greetings and ensure that they have great experience in our hotel.
**What we need from you**
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

- At least a minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a 5 star luxury hotel and/or resort
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve guest issues with a guest-focused orientation
