**Essential requirements: Excellent experience in a formal VIP household as a senior butler, Supervisory experience, Ability to take control of all internal areas in the absence of the house manager**

The family of 6 currently lives in a large villa but will move to a large, newly built palace within the next 18 months at which time staff numbers will increase.
- Assisting with preparation of rotas for staff in housekeeping, F&B service, laundry
- Training and mentoring staff so that they achieve the highest levels of performance.
- Researching appropriate products for the household, ordering/shopping for personal items for principal as necessary
- Maintaining records and performing administrative duties and assisting the manager as needed.

Excellent negotiable salary which is tax free at source.
Accommodation, car and private medical insurance provided.
