Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Accountant to manage all financial and administrative tasks related to our portfolio of rental units.

You will handle rental income tracking, expenses, invoices, utility bills, tenant accounts, overdue payments, and financial reporting.

This is an ongoing role with stable, long-term work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting records for the rental units.
- Track rental payments, deposits, dues, and overdue balances.
- Issue monthly rent invoices and receipts.
- Record expenses: electricity, internet, maintenance, furniture, staff, and other costs.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial statements.
- Track and follow up on returned/bounced checks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain tenant financial profiles and update payment history.
- Monitor contract renewal dates and related payments.
- Communicate with tenants or team members regarding payments when needed.
- Maintain organized digital files for all invoices and documents.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounting or property management accounting.
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or accounting software.
- Ability to organize large amounts of data accurately.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and reliability.
- English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate, rental units, or property management systems.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting.
- Experience managing multiple accounts or properties.

Schedule & Salary
- Part-time (6 hours per week).
- Flexible schedule.
