**1. Job Purpose**:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating, preparing, and executing of all required marketing communication and collaterals. He/she is also responsible for conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion. In addition, he/she is expected to lead the concept development and produce key deliverables for both digital and print designs at the highest level.

**2. Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Meet with the marketing team members to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications. Conceiving and implementing creative concepts, guidelines.
- Ensure all artworks produced meets the needs, requirements, and brand values.
- Taking direction from Corporate Communication Manager and collaborating with internal and external teams to obtain knowledge of the projects' requirements
- Evaluate trends, assessing new data, and keeping up to date with the latest marketing techniques
- Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.
- Ensure creative is delivered in line with budgets, timeframes, and projects constraints.

**3. Key Performance Indicators**:

- Rework time
- Quality of published visuals
- Quality of creative design
- Adherence to brand guidelines
- Timely completion of visuals

**Salary**: From QAR1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic Designer: 4 years (required)
