We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and professional **Hostess cum Waitress** to join our team at a prestigious fine-dining restaurant in Doha, Qatar. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests as well as providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with guests and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a high-end dining environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and welcome guests** with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude as they arrive at the restaurant.
- **Escort guests to their tables**, ensuring they are seated comfortably and promptly.
- **Manage reservations and waitlists**, ensuring that guests are seated according to their booking preferences.
- **Assist guests with menu recommendations** and answer questions regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant offerings.
- **Serve food and drinks** to guests with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- **Maintain cleanliness and organization** of the front-of-house area, including menus, seating arrangements, and the entrance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a **customer-facing role** (e.g., hostess, waitress, or front-of-house) in a **fine-dining restaurant** is highly preferred.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong **organizational skills** and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to **work as part of a team**, collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- **Attention to detail** in providing excellent service, from greeting guests to taking orders and serving food.
- A positive and **professional attitude**, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
