**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily mechanical maintenance operations.
- Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Lead and mentor mechanical technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support mobilization activities by preparing teams, resources, and schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma in **Mechanical Engineering** or equivalent.
- Minimum of **5 years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience**.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in facilities management within the GCC region.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise teams effectively under pressure.
