**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and project requirements at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding systems to verify proper installation, safety compliance, and structural integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to scaffolding crews on safety procedures, equipment usage, and installation techniques.
- Plan and coordinate scaffold activities to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections, certifications, and maintenance activities.
- Serve as a liaison between construction management, subcontractors, and scaffolding crews to facilitate communication and coordination of work activities.
- Address any issues or challenges related to scaffolding operations promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor the quality of scaffolding materials and equipment, ensuring they meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures for scaffold-related accidents or incidents.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Engineering
- CISR (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) certification required.
- Shell approval will be added advantage.
- Previous experience as a scaffolding supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and best practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: From QAR4,500.00 per month
