**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and wellness therapies
- Perform treatments according to professional spa standards and individual guest needs
- Welcome guests professionally, conduct consultations, and suggest tailored treatment plans
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas
- Promote spa services and upsell retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality for all spa clients
- Follow up with guests to ensure comfort and satisfaction post-treatment
- Maintain accurate guest records and adhere to spa operational guidelines
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Assist with reception duties and inventory control as required

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Diploma / certification in Spa or Massage Therapy from a reputable institute.**:

- **3-4 years of experience in luxury spa, resort, or five-star hotel settings**:

- Proficiency in various massage and wellness techniques (e.g., Thai, deep tissue, aromatherapy)
- Knowledge of anatomy, skincare, and holistic wellness practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- **Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus**:

- Presentable and well-groomed, meeting luxury standards
- Ability to maintain a calm, respectful, and serene environment for guests
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- **Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID**:

- **Female Thai Nationals Preferred**
